Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on item availability:

 Next-Day Shipping: Items marked with "Next-Day Shipping" dispatch immediately and arrive within 1 business day of order processing.

 Standard Items: Items requiring extended fulfillment or pre-orders take 1–2 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase.

Note: Order processing times are 1 business day. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package leaves our facility.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted subject to the following strict conditions:

 Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this 2-day period will not be accepted.

 Tag & Condition Requirement: All original tags must remain attached. Any items returned with tags removed, damaged, missing, or altered are ineligible for a refund and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

 Item Condition: Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact customer support within 2 days of package delivery with your order number.

2. Once approved, securely package your item ensuring all tags are intact.

3. Drop off your package using the provided return label within the required window.
